7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at oulac@besoenterprises.com with the subject ‘Returns’ and include your order number, name, and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on where to send the returned goods. We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning items to avoid any issues with lost packages.
Shipping Costs
Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please get in touch.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, we will contact you for your banking details and initiate the refund. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
